I am an enthusiastic and motivated professional with extensive experience in customer/supporter service and large-scale event operations at The Utilita Bowl, where I have developed significant skills in ticket sales, hospitality promotion, and client relationship maintenance. Through my work here I have gained direct and substantial experience in selling hospitality packages, resolving customer enquiries, and delivering excellent guest experiences on matchdays. Alongside this, my Psychology degree and clinical placement has strengthened my ability to understand customer needs, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively under pressure. I am eager to bring my customer-focused approach, interpersonal skills, and passion for cricket into the Hospitality Sales Executive role at the Utilita Bowl.
In my role as a Supporter Services Executive I have gained extensive front-of-house and client-facing experience directly relevant to hospitality sales. Key responsibilities included:
This role has strengthened my skills in upselling, customer engagement, and delivering tailored solutions, all directly transferable to a Hospitality Sales Executive position.
In this role, I collaborated with a diverse range of professionals in areas such as ADHD, ASC, trauma, anxiety, and depression, focussing on pathway administration, facilitation, and development. My responsibilities included duty, completing risk assessments, updating care plans, conducting ASC and ADHD screenings, providing information and signposting, making referrals, participating in MDT discussions, facilitating QbTests, and developing OCD support groups. This position has enabled me to hone crucial skills in working with young people, understanding psychological presentations and formulations, and offering support and guidance during times of stress and uncertainty. It has also strengthened my communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills by working with individuals in challenging situations. It also required strong organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork, all directly transferable to building client relationships, tailoring hospitality packages, and ensuring excellent customer experiences in a sales environment.
In this role I assisted the Junior Cricket Coach at my current club with training sessions for aspiring cricketers aged 8-12. I collaborated with teammates and coaches to organise activities and drills that were both enjoyable and educational for the young cricketers. This experience helped me develop essential skills in positivity, guidance, and strategic planning, as well as a strong understanding of effective leadership.
As a Kitchen Assistant, I developed a variety of essential skills applicable to both my education and professional life. My responsibilities included maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen, efficiently plating starters and desserts to meet customer expectations under time constraints, collaborating with colleagues and the Head Chef to create innovative presentation ideas for various dishes, and diligently learning the plating techniques for new dishes. This role enhanced my ability to work efficiently under pressure and taught me to remain calm in stressful situations.
I love golf, cricket, and football. Also a big fan of paddle (although I'm useless at it)
