  • Event and Venue Knowledge – acting as a first point of contact for enquiries about cricket matches, concerts, and hospitality, allowing me to provide tailored recommendations that matched customer needs with venue offerings.
  • Teamwork Under Pressure – supporting colleagues during peak matchdays and large events, ensuring seamless operations across ticketing, retail, and reception services, ensuring smooth customer experiences.

In this role, I collaborated with a diverse range of professionals in areas such as ADHD, ASC, trauma, anxiety, and depression, focussing on pathway administration, facilitation, and development. My responsibilities included duty, completing risk assessments, updating care plans, conducting ASC and ADHD screenings, providing information and signposting, making referrals, participating in MDT discussions, facilitating QbTests, and developing OCD support groups. This position has enabled me to hone crucial skills in working with young people, understanding psychological presentations and formulations, and offering support and guidance during times of stress and uncertainty. It has also strengthened my communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills by working with individuals in challenging situations.
