I have a diverse range of personal skills some physical some academic but the skills I feel best suited for the role of airport security are my interpersonal skills. I became interested in psychology and human behaviour whilst running a local group focussing on depression and mental health illnesses, which I help set up and ran for 2 years. I enjoy meeting new people and find I can build rapports easily, instilling openness and trust quickly with well boundaried humour.
My physical skills have been developed over the years from outdoor activities: rock climbing, kayaking and working in many industrial environments such as tree climbing surgery, building, carpentry and of course baggage handling at Manchester airport.
My interests are just as eclectic from photography, & snowboarding to fine art sculpture which are all amateur endeavours due to the benefits of having a young family.
I feel of most use when I am problem solving and learning new skills and feel happiest when I am of use.
