Started off my professional career in the Forces, where I gained great life experience. I travelled the world, went on various operations and exercises and worked with various different people along the way. Unfortunately I was medically discharged and had to choose a new path so went down the route of sales where I now have 9 years of experience within different sales environments. I have learnt the most in my last 4 years at 4com and in my current role down to the roles I carried out.

My responsibilities were interviewing candidates to then taking them through a 2 week training course, when I was not doing the two week course I was giving training to telemarketing, looking after the sales execs on the road, managing them and helping them get deals on the day.
