Summary

I am well‑suited to this role as I am currently pursuing my studies and have a strong interest in working with young people from diverse international backgrounds. I have experience supervising and supporting students through my youth leadership role on a residential school trip, where I helped organise activities, monitor behaviour, and ensure student wellbeing. I am confident leading group activities, including sports, games, and creative tasks, and I have a good understanding of how to engage students of different ages and abilities. I am also very willing to undertake pastoral duties alongside any activity or supervisory responsibilities. I enjoy creating positive, inclusive environments and feel confident supporting students as they settle into new routines and experiences.
