Voluteering Experience

Volunteering as an assistant tennis coach at Stamford tennis club.


I spent two months helping to coach youth athletes twice a week at my local tennis club, my role involved running technique drills with small groups and coaching one to one.


This role allowed me to:

  • Gain knowledge from experienced coaches.
  • Learn how to adapt i.e. progressing/regressing exercises dependent on the skill level of the athlete.
