  • Developed a new industry buddy program for trade shows. 'Beam Buddy' program will take place at 4 key trade shows in 2025. Supporting a new generation of talent and those who need support.

Head of MICE & Corporate Account Management for 80+ hotels spanning 8 countries in Europe. Specialist in MICE segment, but well-versed in corporate. The MICE segment equates to £32m of annual turnover.

  • Developed best-in-class roadmap for hotels to improve MICE offering, comprising a variety of disciplines from marketing and e-commerce, sales process, operational delivery, and account management.
  • Implemented a MICE dashboard using Power BI to indicate areas of opportunity and measurement of success.
  • Collaboratively work with major hotel brand partners to ensure traction with key Global TMC partners.
  • Lead on industry engagements as the 'face of Aimbridge' within the hospitality sector.

Brought in to reposition hotel following a £10m refurbishment and rebranding to voco, an IHG hotel. Only the third property globally to be opened at the time, the role was as much about selling the asset as it was brand marketing.


Led the sales, events, and marketing efforts for the hotel with a team of 6 for 3 years before taking on additional responsibilities of managing the operational delivery of the 200-key hotel, as well as its commercial performance.


This 4-year project was a test of change management, taking a team on a journey through additional macro challenges. It was a very difficult project but ultimately will remain one of the most rewarding of my career.
