My time in Wetherspoon saw me become a manger in a shift leader position. This allowed me to show my skills as a leader as well as use my organisational skills to instruct and motivate the team to ensure best possible output.
As well as this, I was also used in different positions in the company, being trained in both bar and kitchen. This shows my adaptability as well as my eagerness to learn new roles so that I am able to best support the company that I work for.
A large part of my role was training new and developing staff. This gave me great satisfaction to ensure that employees would reach their full potential
