My passion for creating honest, interesting and exciting food has continually grown throughout my 18 year career as a chef in Nottingham.
I've been privileged to work with some incredible team members during this time. This has allowed me to gain a wide range of specialist experience, seeing me now leading the kitchen team in the successful bar and restaurant at Peggy's Skylight.
I've always enjoyed the variety of world food and flavouring and currently show this through the offering of a well received Pan-Persian menu which I have designed and written much of.
My current role allows me to show my ability to manage the additional responsibilities of staff and produce management. Constructing order requisitions and the rota management of staff alongside the pressure of cooking for the average 100 covers we regularly seat.
I'm keen to further my development, learning whatever I can from those around me. My colleagues have always known me as someone friendly and approachable who will go the extra mile to support them and the kitchen.
