This is my first job working within the delivery industry, and it has been instrumental in expanding my knowledge of an area of business previously completely unknown to me.

While I had already cultivated my telephone etiquette and diary management skills from prior employment, I have had the sincere pleasure of helping restaurant partners navigate difficult situations that can arise when starting a new business.

I have also thrived in condensing phone calls while working on a tight schedule, whilst still managing my partners expectations and making them feel understood and valued within a vital part of their restaurant journey.

I settled into my job role at Deliveroo instantaneously; the fast-paced environment and positive attitude of my colleagues were exactly what I had been looking for in a place of employment.
