I took the job at Costa as the first job from having my child. My duties initially were serving Coffee, and food in a busy store. I progressed to manager level where this involved cash handling, payroll and arranging rotas. The store was always very busy where myself, and my team had maintained a high level of Service to the Customers, ensuring Cleanliness was perfect at all times.
