My role in Hays consists of me working within a permanent recruitment desk specialising in Business Support roles, targeting EAs, PAs, and office management.
My main duties require me to proactively source candidates and aligned them with job requirements.
I conduct interviews while overseeing pre-screening compliance for applicants.
I follow up regularly with candidates to maintain communication.
I also maintain and build relationships with clients, providing them with up to date market insights from our various in house reports and salary guide. I attend networking events and collaborate closely with other consultants within the agency for meeting larger client demands.

This is a role where i use multiple screens and software applications, while ensuring all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

My role within Slaters' required me to work in their Glasgow based Head Office, liaising closely with higher management. My main duties required mitigating conflicts by providing timely and effective solutions to disputes raised by customers or any of the other stores throughout the UK. I was the main point of contact for any issues regarding deliveries or customer enquiries. These were handled via email telephone and an online chat platform.

I also collaborated closely with the marketing and sales team to maximise product visibility and sales.

Being the main point of contact for all UK stores, I managed a high volume of inbound calls providing quick solutions. I was also required to work in the reception to cover staff lunches or absences which i handled with upmost professionalism ensuring calls were transferred to the correct place, or providing the called with information as to when the member of staff would be available .
