Summary

A driven and caring aspiring primary school teacher, I'm looking for a classroom assistant position to gain real-world experience before beginning a PGCE in 2026. I have a strong desire to foster the early development of young children and contribute to the establishment of a classroom atmosphere that is inclusive, stimulating, and nurturing. I am eager to support students' learning and well-being by helping with teaching, promoting good behaviour, and adjusting to the various requirements of young students. The development of the practical abilities and self-assurance required to become an efficient and thoughtful primary school teacher will be greatly aided by this position.
