• Enjoyed meeting and engaging with customers, being part of a team and thrived while working in a busy environment where it was necessary to multi task and be very organised and accurate.

Studied one year in the Universidad de sevilla, where I continued my studies in Geography. The year was one hundred percent immersive and I took all classes and exams in Spanish alongside the Spanish students.

Provided excellent customer service by responding efficiently and quickly to enquiries via phone and email in a professional way. Greeting customers and clearly communicating with them.

• Answered incoming calls, redirected callers to the appropriate personnel or department and took messages as needed.
• Maintained an organised reception area and ensured that all guests were attended to promptly.

• Worked with the Marketing Manager to develop content and promotional materials. This included working with social media platforms and website content. This was a great opportunity for me to develop my written communication skills.
