I've worked in Health and Social Care since leaving education in 2007.
I had my wonderful children in 2009 and 2013, they have always been my priority therefore working for care agencies, 0 hour contracts and nights shifts served well for the last 15 years. Now both my children are older its time to focus on myself, my career and passion to support individuals with varied needs participate in the things that are meaningful to them.

Encouraging independence in acts of daily living, washing and dressing, physio therapy stretches and using specialist equipment; standing frames, motomed, mealtimes, supporting in pool, supporting to access the community and social activities, communication, medication, gastro feeds and meds, key working, maintaining contact with family and friends, cooking and cleaning.
