I am passionate hard working team member working with special needs children for the last 18 years. I am currently In a role as a teaching assistant (SEND). I consider myself enthusiastic to support children in their education and to encourage independence in their daily activities helping children use the ACC devices and Eye gaze devise to communicate . I have been working at a SEND school in Brent for the last 3 and half years. I have had the pleasure to work with a range of various children with SLD, Down syndrome, Autism, hearing impaired using Sign Language.

I consider my self and good communicator able to encourage "you can do it" attitude.
