Summary

I am currently working as part of a team at Wetherspoons providing excellent customer service to new and regular customers. Communicating effectively with a wide range of customers, developing strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.

During 2023 I enjoyed learning and widening my knowledge of children/young adults with SEN and working with these individuals. I am a hardworking and friendly individual with over a 4 year history supervising and nurturing young children. Focused on giving children balanced experiences with ample time for learning, play and entertainment. I have practiced personal care, for example changing, cleaning, getting them dressed, handling wet and soiled nappies/pads.

I have a level 3 qualification in Early Years. Skilled in using communication skills to build positive, productive relationships with children/young adults and parents/carers.
