while doing this im paying attention to detail to the tyre codes to avoid errors, improve productivity and save the company money.

In my time here i have been fortunate enough to be trained as a team leader which i have accumulated much experience from this and has furthered my progression into becoming not just a harder worker but a better person. learning a lot from both job positions has improved my people skills and communication to my work ethic and ability to do more than expected. New challenges are invited and having been on site in lutterworth for 2+ years im very familiar with the site operations.

Everyday was a chance to learn something new and to improve, from learning how to use proper manual handling techniques to operating handheld power tools. brickwork and carpentry were my focuses, whilst adding planning into the mix was everything to complete a job. early starts to late evenings were also part of this job.
