
I am currently working for Haven Holidays as the Owners Events Co-Ordinator. During my 4 years at Haven, I have developed excellent planning skills.
I play a pivotal role in creating a year-round programme of memorable events that makes Owners feel genuinely valued and appreciated. My work spans large‑scale festivals and parties with 400+ guests, complete with curated entertainment, themed décor, and immersive concepts. I also deliver a diverse mix of intimate social experiences such as wine evenings, quiz nights, and bespoke activities designed to appeal to a wide range of interests.
I take pride in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with Owners, ensuring every interaction feels personal and meaningful. From sourcing and arranging acts to designing activities that bring people together, I’m dedicated to creating moments that stay with them long after the event ends.
Alongside my creative responsibilities, I collaborate closely with the Guest Experience team, supporting bookings, enquiries, and essential administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly. My blend of creativity, organisation, and relationship‑building ensures every Owner enjoys an exceptional experience throughout the year.
I am an organised and dedicated Customer Service Representative, and I have over 20 years’ experience working within the public sector. Offering keen attention to detail and strong decision-making skills to manage multiple, concurrent tasks. I am methodical, well organised and have excellent communication skills. Self-motivated work ethic with ability to perform effectively in independent or team environments. I have a lifetime experience liaising with different types of people and dealing with problems, setting and achieving targets and planning and organising events. I have obtained and adapted many skills from my previous jobs to enable me to build and maintain a high working standard. I am dedicated to self-development, ensuring consistent best practice and first-class results. I am hardworking, friendly and a positive, upbeat dependable team player. I thrive on a challenge, and I am fulfilled in seeing a job well done. I have a great work ethic and the ability to build excellent working relationships and a great rapport with whoever I meet. My other skills from previous jobs range from creating lesson plans and schemes of work, teaching SEN students and liaising with students and Governing bodies to dealing with complaints and queries from customers, building strong client and supplier relationships to training volunteers and inputting data and arranging filing systems to running my own business.
