I have a strong background in hospitality, beginning with completing my SVQ Level 2 in Hospitality through an apprenticeship at Scalloway Hotel. From there, I built over 14 years of experience working as Cook in Charge, followed by 7 months in a leadership and office-based Head Cook role. Throughout my career, I have developed strong leadership, organisational, and people skills. I am very resilient and can handle situations and tasks under pressure and on time of deadlines,
