I have always worked with the public as i have worked in retail and sales for over 30 years, i did need to take a length of time of when my daughter was born as she was born physically disabled and need a lot of extra care, she is know 23 still lives at home and me and her dad support her (financially and extra physical care), it is rare that i need to take extra time off as me and her dad take turns in hospital visits.
currently working as a scheduler at IAA , my work day consists of calling customers to book to collect their insurance loss vehicles , i can contact them either via phone call , email or post , i successfully manage my workload and work efficiently covering our numbers. i work closely with my collegues and help when needed with new starters
my day to day was calling and buying salvage vehicles from insurance customers, to build a rapport explain the category system and the value of there vehicle also working in a close team

This role was only part-time
i work for a Ireland based company working on their 02 campaign dealing with inbound sales calls which entailed data protection checks, up-selling products accessories and mobile phones to meet with the customers needs. i worked an 8 hour day over seven days including bank holidays.
This job was home based completely.
I was one of the top sellers for the Samsung campaign came 4th in the country
i feel confident in dealing with people from all walks of life, either the public or work colleagues, i have worked in customer focused positions all my working life from my YTS in Boots all the way up to a retail store Manager in the food sector I can manage my time and have excellent organising skills,
