Summary
As a member of the School Improvement Team, I work across the Trust to support and develop teaching and learning. I work closely with Teaching and Learning Leads and Headteachers to identify strengths, areas for development and clear next steps. I also coach individual teachers and middle leaders, supporting them to strengthen their practice, develop their departments and improve outcomes for pupils.
I am also leading the implementation of Steplab across all 23 schools within the Trust. This involves developing and overseeing a clear implementation plan to ensure a consistent, effective approach to professional development.
