Duties and Responsibilities

  • Confirmed crew availability. Ensured that all crew had valid licenses, certificates, and PLI in place.
  • Created crew planners and maintained accuracy throughout project to ensure targets were met.
  • Raised & sent purchase orders & welcome packs for all crew.
  • Maintained regular contact with crew providing 24/7 assistance.
  • Researched local hotels & room availability. Negotiated discounts & complimentary services.
  • Arranged all crew ground transportation (Hire cars, trains, taxis, flights, extra luggage/legroom, airport hotels etc)
  • Completed applications for visa's and site accreditation. Assisted crew with mandatory covid apps and pre entry forms for entry into country and on to site.

  • Supported project management with hiring and purchasing requirements. Raised and submitted PO's and invoices. Maintained records of all petty cash and company card expenditure.
