Working for a communications business my style of open and thorough communication was not underappreciated. Administratively, 4Com equipped me with how to compose professional emails, e-notetaking, call-handling experience and de-escalation training. I used various software platforms and liaised interdepartmentally including third-party providers. I worked with caseloads to solve any technical issues and achieved daily KPIs. Soon after my arrival I was managing the collections process for the support team.
