Chef de Partie duties
. Creating new daily special dishes and general menu item food preparation.
. Liaising with The Head Chef and front of house team on a daily basis to discuss the menu specials, composition of the dishes and any associated allergens.
. Stock control and rotation.
. Ensuring the food hygiene regulations are adhered to and updating operation procedures where necessary to incorporate new working practices or changes in legislation.
. Maintaining COSHH records.
. Training new staff members.
. Ordering of kitchen supplies i.e. edible and non edible kitchen supplies
. Maintaining stock levels and reducing food waste wherever possible.
. Ensured cleanliness in the kitchen to maintain health and safety standards.

Front of House/Bar work duties
. Customer facing bar and waiting duties.
. Answering telephone calls regarding room bookings, table reservations, function enquiries & general enquiries.
