  • I worked as a finance caseworker in The complaints Department on the Child Support Agency contract
  • Once complaints were registered I contacted the client to acknowledge and discuss a resolution plan
  • I would then keep in touch at regular and agreed times to update the client and then again once the issues were resolved
  • Depending on the nature of the complaint, I would sometimes have to contact other CSA offices or departments for information, and calculate arrears and payment schedules on most cases
  • This would include going through historic charges and payments and ensuring accounts had been set up correctly
  • The role included use of Microsoft office and also use of government systems and bespoke in house systems
  • This was all done with set targets and timescales
