I manage a cohort of Sex Offenders that reside in the community. I am responsible for risk assessing using a dynamic risk assessment tool in line with force policy. I make decisions around disclosures an have a duty of safeguarding for both the offender and the general public. I work alongside the Probation Service, as well as MHT, Housing, Social Care and Drug and Alcohol Services.
I produce timely and accurate reporting, attention to detail being extremely important. I am have got work to extremely tight deadlines, working under pressure and making sure that I don't compromise quality.

Working part of a team of administrators, I had the responsibility of organising MAPPA meetings. This included arranging time schedules and sending out invites to attendees. I would follow up invites to confirm attendance. I would attend meeting and be responsible for producing accurate and timely reports. I would log actions and ensure that these were vital to ensuring that agencies are held to account. These would be disseminated to attendees and I would chase outcomes of actions set.
I would ensure that Police Systems were updated accurately.
There were always tight timescales to achieve. Working as a team was vital to ensure that all work was completed and this sometime meant working above and beyond normal working hours.
This was a short term contract role. I worked within recruitment. I was responsible for sending out letters to confirm interview dates and times, organising interviews rooms and confirming that the interview panel were aware of dates, times and venues.
I would paper sift applications forms and weed out those that failed to meet the criteria and give constructive criticism to those that failed the sift.

I was employed as an Account Manager. I was responsible for a client portfolio from the prestigious car industry. I would collate information and statistics from call handlers and produce timely and accurate reporting. I would speak to care dealers and management and ensure that I adapted my interpersonal skills to meet my target audience.
I would organise dealer days, arrange meetings and produce presentations and support the Account Director is making sure that the days went smoothly.
During any career at Wessex Water I completed many different roles. I started as a Customer Services Advisor, working in a call centre, before moving into Debt Recovery. I was promoted to a Customer Services Team Leader where I managed as team of 10. At this time I was involved in training new starters and responsible for the on going development of current staff.
I gained a huge amount of experience during my time with this organisation, before taking redundancy.
I have worked with the general public for all my working career I have great interpersonal skills, adapting them to my target audience I am a good listener and able to work calmly and diligently I have worked in pressurised roles, which can be challenging I adapt and focus to the job in hand , ensuring that I achieve the desired outcome
