• Assume responsibilities of MOCVD epitaxy process ownership on Aixtron planetary reactors (G2, G3, G4) for III-V materials growth
• Providing guidance and training to Epitaxy manufacturing technician team, and first-line support in response to any unexpected outcomes or out-of-spec events
• Coordination of semiconductor material characterization using various metrology equipment and analysis of results
• Investigate near miss and scrap events
• Oversee and co-ordinate timely re-qualification of reactors after maintenance
• Support transition of new processes and products from R&D to production
• Data review and releasing wafers for subsequent fab processing
• Support end-to-end yield improvement through improved process integration and collaboration with other process engineers, product engineering and R&D
