I have always been a solutions focused individual. I approach issues with proactively and positivity, see the ‘bigger picture’ and strive to find process and business improvements that support the delivery of better client outcomes more efficiently.

I am immensely proud to be part of Finli. I understand what we are trying to achieve as a business and apply a sharp focus to this in my current role as a paraplanner. I use my solutions focused mindset along with my experience not just in Finli but my Financial Services history to identify opportunities, suggest and where facilitated, implement, changes and improvements to working processes, not just within my own role and team, but across the business.

To quote my manager, I have characteristics and skills not typically seen in a Paraplanner. It would be in Finil’s best interests to harness these in the field of change management. With my experience and skillset, I am uniquely placed to enhance the business delivery team and support the delivery of new initiatives and processes aligned to operational goals. My experience and insight will be invaluable in ensuring projects land successfully first time with end users.
