Leadership:

• Lead and mentored a team of 13 trainers. Provided regular feedback coaching and support, annual performance management, and frequently ran team meetings.

School training and support:

• Delivered high-quality, interactive training, both face-to-face and virtually, that effectively communicated new teaching strategies and showed my passion for teaching children to read.
• Inspired and galvanised school staff to ensure every teacher is committed to helping children learn to read using synthetic phonics.
