I am a motivated law graduate with an LLB (Hons) from the University of London (Second-Class Division) and an LLM in International Commercial Law (Distinction), obtained from Brunel University of London. I maintained a high academic record during my LLM program, achieving straight A's in the final semester and a distinction for my dissertation. The LLM program enhanced my specialist legal knowledge covering areas such as Financial Regulation, Transnational Law, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Business Regulation and Trade Law as well as providing a solid grounding in public international law. I have developed skills in legal research, analysis, and problem-solving through my university studies and academic assessments. I seek practical legal experience to develop professional competencies such as legal research, analysis, drafting and preparing legal documents, case management, and day-to-day administrative work. I work hard, adapt quickly, and thrive under pressure. My experience includes eight months of pro bono work in the district courts of Pakistan, where I supported vulnerable women with human rights and family law cases. In addition, I worked as a voluntary administrative assistant at a law firm in the UK. I have also developed a range of transferable skills through roles in fast-paced call centres and care settings. These experiences enhanced my abilities in crisis management, interpersonal communication, time management, multitasking, professionalism, and empathy. Furthermore, my background in administration and customer service has equipped me with valuable skills for effective client engagement and interaction. I am dedicated to continuous professional development and actively seek opportunities, including volunteer roles and placements, that offer mentorship and hands-on experience to support my progression in the legal profession. I am adaptable, prepared to work diligently, and committed to acquiring the skills required for a successful career in law. My long-term goal is to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales.
