· Setting up sales and purchase ledgers using Sage 50, QuickBooks and Xero

· Processing sale and purchase invoices using Sage 50, QuickBooks and Xero

· Creating financial dashboards using Lookups and Pivot Tables

• Review of monthly fund and business entity closing summaries for Fund Administrators clients.
• Report and analyze financial data to be disseminated to Fund Administrator's clients and their investors.
• Generate estimated performance returns.
• Close monthly books and records of the funds to generate final performance figures.
• Preparation of Operating expense entries, Balance Sheet and Income statement.
• Calculation of Incentive Fee and Management Fee.
• Prepare financial statements for funds.
• Interact with clients and other Hedge Fund Administrator teams to obtain understanding of funds' activities.
• Consistently look to streamline and automate the reporting/analytical process with the use of technology.
• Escalate issues that fall outside normal resolution timeframe.

• Order Fulfillment and rising of New SO/Add-On and Renewal Order Forms.
• Generation of Daily report to Invoices team for raising invoices.
• Cross-verifying of Order Form with Daily report and Invoices raised to ensure the accuracy of Invoices.
• Posting of MRR (New Business, New Account, Expansion, contraction, reactivation and Churn) entries in Tenant management portal.
• Reconciliation of MRR and Revenue recognized.

• Posting of journal entries.
• Preparation of Financial statements of clients.
