Summary

An empathetic and highly experienced education professional with over four years’ experience supporting children and young people with diverse learning, social, emotional, and behavioural needs in school settings. I have led and delivered multiple school-based provisions, supporting pupils to access learning through structured intervention, differentiation, and inclusive classroom practice.

I am a trained Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) and am currently completing a Level 5 Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) qualification, which strengthens my ability to support positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. I am confident in creating supportive, inclusive environments where pupils can develop confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning.

I am now seeking a Teaching Assistant role within an international school where I can contribute to inquiry-based learning, differentiated classroom support, and a collaborative, multicultural school community.
