I have many years of experience working as a receptionist/administrator in hotels, business centres and small companies. I worked in a call centre for many years so have a good, confident telephone manner. I have worked in London, Sydney and Hong Kong in various office roles and I currently enjoy working back home in the Lake District Cumbria.
Greeting guests and members of the spa, taking payment for spa treatments and organising therapists daily diaries whilst maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the leisure facilities and ensuring guests have a relaxing experience when visiting the spa.
My early work history started in the mid 80's as a hotel receptionist in a large hotel in London where I progressed from receptionist to team leader ensuring smooth running of the reception shift whilst gaining maximum occupancy for the hotel. I then worked as a receptionist in a Business centre in Covent Garden, housing 50 small businesses, before working for a relocation company in Notting Hill dealing with clients, putting their properties on the market and ensuring the smooth running of sales on behalf of their employers. I then spent 10 years working and travelling overseas I worked in Sydney Australia, doing office admin and reception jobs. I also worked in Hong Kong, temping in offices and then working on reception in a Business centre until the Handover in 1997. I have vast experience in reception, telephone and admin work.
