Summary

I have 12 years front line emergency care experience followed by 10 years carrying out functional assessments and managing staff within this role before more recently moving back to a more hands on clinical role as sexual offence examiner. Through these roles I have developed skills in patient care in emergency and urgent situations, ability to work under pressure, team work, communication, triage, mentoring, report writing, managing safeguarding and mental health and planning and delivering appropriate training. I am empathetic and able to adapt my approach to suit the situation and individual.

Having gained a lot of transferable skills and knowledge both front line and in an assessment and management role I am keen to maintain all these skills and so would like to look to move back to carrying out functional assessments alongside my part time hours in my current role.
