Travel is one of my greatest passions, and I’ve taken numerous solo trips across Asia, India, and Europe, which have strengthened my independence, adaptability, and communication skills. During a four-week trip to South America, I volunteered in a local school and took part in preparations for their Independence Day celebrations. I also volunteered at the London 2012 Olympics. These experiences deepened my cultural awareness and ability to connect with people from different backgrounds — both of which are key in delivering great customer experiences.

I’m also enthusiastic about sustainability and continuously explore ways to live and work more eco-consciously — a value increasingly important in today’s hospitality sector. Outside of travel, I enjoy reading to broaden my perspective and spending time socialising with friends and family, which reflects my naturally friendly and approachable personality.
