- I led a team of 30 people - 3 supervisors and 27 technicians, working as coordinator of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of conveyors, palletizer, wrappers, single lines, compressed air (Atlas Copco, Sullair, Cameron), cooling towers, machine fans, combustion fans, hidramix, furnace chargers, batch mixers, bucket elevators, and the water of the process using the SAP PM
- Downtime of the 7 production IS, ISX machines, and 7 palletizers has been reducing each year. - Participated in the renovation of furnaces 7 and 9, in the planning of the maintenance strategy and in its execution, always with a focus on safety. - Weekly meetings with the team for analysis of the strategy and scheduling of the maintenance. - Cost reduction
- Nationalization of imported spare parts and equipment (hidramix, furnace chargers, batch mixers)
- We had savings of approximately USD 40.000 per year. - There is a greater availability of spare parts here, in Brazil. - Improvement of the Gana Charger Swing Arm System as it had recurring breakages
- We have changed the transmission arm for the rack and pinion system, which made it possible for the process to become more stable and reliable. - Availability of critical spare parts for equipment. - Continuous contact with domestic and foreign suppliers, always seeking the best cost/benefit ratio. - Coordination of the services for the EHS plant (machine and safety protections).
