Jessica Smith

I am currently on a scholarship program with MF Dance to become a fully qualified dance instructor for them. So far on the program, I have had experience in the following: welcoming students and making sure they exit safely with their guardians, leading warm ups and stretches, choreographing and teaching a dance routine. This experience has built up my skills in communicating effectively, motivating others,leadership and creativity.

Recently, I have been fortunate enough to be selected to be given the opportunity of mentoring a younger year in my school. This has been a great opportunity for me, not only for the fact it compliments my Psychology A Level, but it has also developed my skills in listening, empathy and thinking on my feet to become a problem solver.
