• Due to a lack of team leader resource , I was relocated to Abergavenny Brewers Fayre in order to cover the roles of two vacant Team leader positions. While this was challenging , I was able to develop my prioritization skills ad time management, motivating the team that I was responsible for was essential at this time.

This was my first team leader role with duties including the running of shifts, cashing up tills at beginning and end of day.
