I have worked in hospitality since leaving school and have a strong passion for customer service. I love working with in a fast paced environment and have adapted my skills through out the years.
I have been the founder and creator of Georgie's Canal cruises for the last 6 years and loved every minute of watching it grow. I renovated a restaurant boat to work to the legislation of MCA passenger requirements offering 2 hour cruises along the Staffs and Worcester canal.
I have grown the business through covid and adapted it to work through the challenges hospitality endured.
I am in control of managing the staff and their job roles, staff training, Restaurant ordering, in house baking for cruises, marketing and social media, website updates, our profit and loss account, banking and the general over seeing of the business.
I worked alongside my partner in the running of a country pub on the outskirts of Wolverhampton.
