  • Oversaw the operational management of a 349,593 sq ft open shopping centre in Hounslow, West London, managed in conjunction with two retail parks, totalling an additional 329,242sq.ft of retail space.
  • The Blenheim Centre is a complex mixed use development comprising of 343 residential flats, leisure and retail space, together with a 520 space car park.
  • Responsible for overseeing tenant fit outs, contract management, commercialisation and the delivery or client objectives.
  • Focused on delivering high standard in the operation, management, security and cleanliness of the schemes. Implementing processes to create and ensure an effective environment for staff, retailers and customers.
  • To ensure the health and safety and welfare of all the centre's users. This includes compliance to legislative and regulatory practices which are effectively managed, developing and reviewing the major incident and business continuity plan for the property.
  • High adept at accurately preparing and managing complex service charge budgets for all schemes, including producing quarterly variance reports, and reconciliations.
  • Fostered and supported strong community and stakeholder relationships.
  • Rolled out several ESG initiatives, winning a Green Apple in 2019.
  • Nominated for the 2017 Sceptre awards.
