I currently work as a team leader for Amadeus. I initially began my career here as a temporary member of staff but was promoted in April 2023 to a full-time leader within the team. I have developed my leadership skills and become more confident in my role.


• I have learned how to be an effective leader, dealing with team member issues and helping solve problems whilst simultaneously completing the tasks expected of me to a high standard.

• I have developed my people skills and have learned how to effectively deal with members of the public in a kind and welcoming manner.

• I have become familiar with the logistics of managing events such as opening/closing the event, preparing food, organising team members, and signing off on deliveries.
