During these few months I have had the opportunity to expand my capabilities.

I have grown as an individual and I am wanting to continue to do so.

I focused on always creating a safe space for the family and two girls I nannied, ensuring I provided an appropriate environment and behaved responsibly, I did this by always portraying kindness and having a warm and friendly personality.

I always maintained open and effective communication channels with the parents and collaborated with them on certain decisions.
I strictly adhered to the parents wishes of how to transport the girls to school and back and always followed a safe routine ensuring they are always comfortable.

Fostered good behaviour through positive reinforcement techniques.

Established a safe, inclusive environment, promoting diversity and respect.

Encouraged participation and engagement in planned activities.

Cleaned youth club areas before and after sessions to maintain safe, sanitary conditions.

Promoted community involvement and volunteering among young people.

Provided emotional support to aid in the mental well-being of children

Ensured child protection regulations were adhered to at all times during youth club operations.

Coordinated outdoor events to foster team-building and cooperation amongst participants.
