Working in Berts Pizzareia i have come a results-driven professional, focused on delivering exceptional support for customer needs who successfully manages concerns and resolves any conflicts to maximize customer satisfaction. This allows me to offer strong background in customer relations and communication. Working within a fast work environment has provided me with the skill to work under pressure and make correct and effective decisions based on certain circumstances such as high demands. I have also developed many close relationships with my co-workers which has improved my overall work morale and provide me with the opportunity to work among a team and to also train new staff members with the assistance of my peers. While working in Bert's pizzeria ,i have been trained on hotplate, pizza dough preparation, food preparation, pizza cutting and boxing, pizza making and also cleaning.

I would also consider myself as an attentive child carer with a background on caring for multiple children simultaneously between the ages of 0-11. I am a positive role model focused on supporting development and teaching new skills. I have received training for mentoring and tutoring, as well as paired reading which is beneficial to the children in my care as they're education needs are being met. My high level of education, especially in english should also be considered when tutoring. Safeguarding training was also an important course for me to complete to ensure safety of children in my care. Whilst babysitting i also am able to prep food accordingly to the childs needs, whilst taken allergens and special dietary requirements into consideration. I also have my level 2 food safety course which can reassure parents and customers of the quality of which they're food will be served to them. Studying Health and social care also allowed me to broaden my knowledge of childcare.
