I planned staff rotas, dealing with any shifts needing to bre cover during the week also.

I would create a great dining experience with being a very hands on manager talking with customers and also helping staff with any problems or needs.

I was responsible for the cash up at the end of the night and the safe and proper shut down of the pub.

I would place orders every week, always being conscious of any budgets or stock we would be extra or less of eg. a big event or a quiet period.

Directed day-to-day work of 4-5 employees a day dependant on rota needs and motivated teams to exceed objectives.
