At my most recent role as Director of Media and PR at iGaming Enquirer, I introduced and spearheaded the launch and growth of a new iGaming vertical, scaling the operation from concept to execution. I introduced automated lead generation strategies on LinkedIn and Telegram, secured flagship clients, and led multi-channel marketing campaigns including thought leadership, webinars, executive Q&As, web articles, and bespoke advertisement packages. I successfully negotiated barter and sponsorship deals, managing full campaign lifecycles to maximize brand visibility and ROI. This hands on experience directly mirrors the demands of a Head of Partnerships role, where negotiation, strategic deal-making, and collaborative leadership are paramount.

I actively cultivated partnerships with major players such as SiGMA, NEXT.io, Clarion Events (ICE Barcelona and iGB), and more. Being the sole representer for my company. At the industry events, I bartered to become the Official Media Partner, deepened connections, negotiate collaborations, and drive revenue opportunities. At SiGMA Malta, as the media partner, I conducting recorded interviews with key clients like Entain and Blocksport, creating bespoke Q&As strategically positioned around the clients’ event presence, as well as producing an on brand SiGMA special edition publication. At NEXT.io, I engaged clients in a more relaxed, community setting, conducted interviews with Global Head of Marketing at NEXT.io as well as clients that were exhibiting the event as part of broader campaign activations.

Whilst working at what’s considered an established media company, I embraced a startup mentality, operating within a small, agile team that demanded creativity, versatility, and commercial sharpness. I successfully positioned iGaming Enquirer as a competitive force in a saturated market by staying adaptable and consistently delivering standout value. Whether working with enterprise-level clients or startups with limited budgets, I always found commercially sound solutions. In cases where clients lacked direct budgets for campaigns, we operated through co-branded sponsorship where I was being directly introduced to their trusted vendors and long-term partners to explore strategic advertising opportunities. I was fully trusted to lead these discussions, manage the relationships, and ensure that all parties were equally represented and aligned, creating articles and campaigns that were collaborative, valuable, and mutually beneficial.

About Me

I’m a big believer in the whole “find what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life”, and honestly, I consider myself lucky because I stumbled into an industry that lights me up every single day. I’m ambitious and tenacious, moved to the UK solo at 15, and have built everything from the ground up. While I’m confident and independent, I truly thrive being around people, collaboration and connection fuel my energy just as much as my own drive does.

Lately, I’ve fallen hard for chess. It’s all about strategy and thinking ahead, skills I apply daily, both in work and life. I’m also a quiz night devotee (bring on the trivia) and love diving down rabbit holes off conspiracy theories or Greek mythology just for fun. Keeps things interesting and my brain sharp! I’m a lifelong learner, naturally curious, and always open to new ideas and ways of thinking.

Musically, I’m completely agnostic, which basically means I’ll vibe to anything from house and jazz to country, depending on the night. When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me on the tennis court or smashing birdies in badminton. Yoga and Pilates keep me balanced, and I practice both daily. I’m part of the 5am club, early riser, mindful-ish (I won’t pretend I don’t scroll my phone first thing), and a serious foodie. Cooking for people in my life is my love language. Nothing beats good food, good company, and great conversation. I love trying new things and hobbies, lately I’m pretty obsessed with baking.

At home, I’m a proud cat mom to two fluffy ragdolls, Buddy and Delilah, who often join me for cozy nights in with a chick flick or a good book, and occasionally make cameo appearances on client calls. Sports fan through and through, it goes with the industry! I’m an F1 fanatic (Team Papaya forever), and I keep the sports channels on constantly, always up to date with the latest races and games. I love mixing work and passion, whether it’s attending horse races, meeting clients for brunch in London’s NED, or soaking up the energy of the industry.

I live by my calendar and I’m always on the go, client calls, webinars, everything color-coded, of course. I’m a Zoom nomad, hopping cafe to cafe to keep client chats fresh. Good coffee and Red Bull are definitely the way to win me over, basically the way to my heart. I love challenging myself and trying new things, whether it’s paddle boarding, or exploring new places. I believe it’s when we step out of our comfort zones that we truly thrive.
