  • As a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Little Green Rooms, I lead customer experience and end-to-end project delivery, overseeing initial sales through to post-installation. I work closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout.
  • I have played a key role in shaping company culture and implementing operational systems. During periods of rapid growth, I introduced a hybrid Sales and Project Management roles to enhance customer experience, improve conversion, and support the achievement of sales targets whilst growing the team.
  • In the directorship role, I held responsibility for all finance and HR functions, establishing and managing core financial and accounting processes. This included payroll, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and supplier management. I worked closely with external accountants to ensure accurate quarterly and annual financial reporting, maintaining strong financial control which aided our growth plans.
