I currently work as a Third Party Intervention Handler for motor, property and personal injury claims. My main duties include administrative work for processing third party claims, along with capturing new business via outbound and inbound calls.

  • Assisted in the development of new administrative systems and procedures. For example, I have created new process templates for my team in Excel and I have been appointed to write my department's administrator guide.
  • Answer all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries over the phone/email. I also monitor multiple email inboxes and distribute correspondence accordingly.
  • I display strong telephone etiquette and can effectively handle challenging calls from customers.
  • Correctly file important documents such as claim outlays and invoices whenever received.
  • I allocate clients to our network of contractors and create bookings on their behalf.
  • Promote high customer satisfaction by resolving problems with knowledgeable and friendly service.
  • Prioritize and organise tasks to efficiently accomplish service goals. I step in and assist with this whenever my senior colleague is unavailable to do so throughout the day.
  • In addition, I'm part of the branch's Social Committee who create fund raising campaigns for charities and staff activities. I enjoy creating marketing content for this and encouraging workplace morale.
