As part of my employment at MHR, I know MHR's standard SAAS contract back to front, I am familiar with Softcat frameworks, G-Cloud Frameworks, and drafting contracts and frameworks from scratch. I have negotiated with some of the top law firms in the country, numerous councils and police forces, and football clubs.

I am also proficient in drafting Statement of Works and Service Level Agreements as I work closely with the professional services, business assurance, security, and data protection teams.

I help manage the legal teams' more junior employees including reviewing their work and managing their workload. I also work closely with the chiefs, directors, and chairman of the company which is not something that was previously required of my role before entering it. I solely manage the exit management of all customers and I am the final check on every contract that is submitted as I check from a legal and commercial perspective. The largest deal I have worked on was thirty million pounds which was to draft a multi-council framework agreement.

As part of my role, I have also drafted and negotiated partnership and supplier agreements.

My main duties at Orston Shooting Ground included managing the zero-hour staff and customer service assistance. I helped out in many roles in this business including but not limited to trapping and officiating on prestigious shooting competitions, cooking in the kitchen, and organising events.

I was also responsible for cash conciliation and licence monitoring when selling ammunition.
