Summary

Since I started working in hospitality from a young age, I always had my mind set on progressing in the industry. It has allowed me to be very sociable, out-going and a great team player. This line of work allowed me to grow my confidence and I am more than comfortable to do anything out of my comfort zone.

Now that I have blossomed into a better character, I am looking to enhance my skills and gain experience in a different career.

Having gained over 3 years experience in sales & an office environment, it has allowed me to learn new skills as well as learning new things about myself. I have gained a heap of confidence in talking to new clients over the phone or via email, creating good relationships with them and maintaining those relationships. Working within this industry for a couple years, I have been able to gather the correct knowledge and terminology in order to progress further in my career and hopefully succeed even more.

I've learnt how to deal with the easy customers and the more tricky ones which has built my confidence up and I know I am capable to handling anything face on. I enjoy the day-to-day challenges and that no 2 days are ever the same.
