Muay Thai:
I have been training Muay Thai for about 6 years now having done so in the UK and authentically in Thailand havening spent two months there training at multiple gyms across the country, I believe that Muay Thai is a martial art that teaches you not only self defense but humility, patience and belonging.
Exercising:
Throughout the week I will be exercising whether it be running, swimming, Muay Thai, weight lifting im always doing something active.
Traveling:
Get a lot of enjoyment from traveling the world seeing new places and immersing my self in different cultures.
Learning languages:
Its a goal of mine to speak multiple languages and I am currently starting to learn Italian.
